Membership Manager Lite has nothing "lite" about it! It can still protect your directory and allow you to manage your member's, but does lack most of the more powerful features of Membership Manager Gold.

Like Membership Manager Gold, Membership Manager Lite uses .htaccess, the most powerful directory protection, as the backbone of its powerful password protection. Membership Manager Lite will protect your members only area like a pack of hungry guard dogs, only authorized members will be able to enter so you can feel safe knowing that their information is secure and only your members can get in.

Also like Membership Manager Gold you can manage all of your members from the back-end admin area and automatically or manually approve members, delete members, and view members. Plus you can integrate the look of your own website into the script and you can also edit the emails that are sent to new members as well as personalize each one.

Both Membership Manager Lite and Membership Manager Gold use a flatfile database so there's no need for MySQL databases or phpMyAdmin to be installed on your server. But since Membership Manager Lite is free and so powerful, we require that you link back to our website at all times (must be visible) and we also do not allow you to use the script to make money off of (member's must be able to signup for free).
